For over 10 years, I have been honored to serve hundreds of kindhearted, genuine couples through professional wedding planning — day-of coordination, partial coordination, or full coordination. Clients of Hannah Hildebrandt Events have entrusted me to walk alongside them as they begin an exciting, new season of life — and I will be forever grateful to do so!
As a professional wedding planner, I have a passion not only for bringing logistical details to life, but also for personally, kindly guiding couples toward their meaningful, memorable wedding day.
Beyond my work at Hannah Hildebrandt Events, I am married to my high school sweetheart, and we live in Virginia with our sweet daughter and handsome son — along with our first original English bulldog baby and crazy kitten. They are the loves of my life. I run on strong black coffee by morning and reality television by night, perhaps with a glass of wine in hand!

In 2013, Hannah Hildebrandt Events was founded. When I learned I could create a career from assisting couples in planning their once-in-a-lifetime day — I was sold!
In 2017, Hannah Hildebrandt Events celebrated its 100th wedding. Over the years, we've been honored to create bespoke, elevated weddings for couples in Virginia and North Carolina.
In 2018, Hannah Hildebrandt Events celebrated 5 years in business! With 5 years of experience and expertise behind us, we proudly looked back on more than 100 beautiful celebrations.
In 2020, as couples all over the world postponed their wedding day celebrations, we looked forward to resuming business in 2021 and creating meaningful, memorable celebrations.
In 2023, Hannah Hildebrandt Events is looking forward to celebrating its 10th year of serving couples through thoughtful, personal wedding planning services.
